What services are offered?
Aruba Boutique Apartments offers self catering apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette. The apartments have a lot more space and privacy than an average hotel room giving you more freedom and flexibility. A virtual concierge app has been developed exclusively for our guests. Which will be your guide around the island and also keeps you in touch through the chat function in case you are in need of assistance.
A complimentary cleaning service is offered when you stay 7 nights or more. This also applies to bed linens and towels. At Aruba Boutique Apartments, we strive to be environmentally friendly, therefore fresh towels and bed linen will be provided during the weekly cleaning. We offer aditional cleaning packages to be booked at check-in for your convenience.
Is a daily cleaning service offered?
Aruba Boutique Apartments offers self catered apartments with a lot of space and privacy. A daily cleaning service is not part of this concept. For guests staying longer than 7 nights, a complimentary weekly cleaning is included.
Is final, cleaning included?
We like transparency which is why you only pay for the services which we offer. For this reason, the final cleaning fee is added to your booking during the final stage.
Do you serve breakfast?
We offer self catering apartments with a fully equipped kitchenette and refrigerator so that you can prepare your favorite breakfast, lunch or dinner. Aruba Boutique Apartments does not serve breakfast.
Grocery stores are nearby where you can find all of your favorite ingredients. The best local spots for breakfast are included in the app for your reference.
What are the different types of apartments offered?
We have 8 apartments; 4 different types:
1 Penthouse apartment located on the 1st floor
one king-size bed (180 cm x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm).
4 one-bedroom apartments
1 x apartment with one queen-size bed (160 cm x 200cm)
3 x apartments with one king-size bed (180 cm x 200cm) or 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm)
2 studio's bungalows
queen-size bed (160 cm x 200cm
1 one-bedroom bungalow
queen-size bed (160 cm x 200cm)
Please note!!: We cannot guarantee that you will have a queen/king size bed for your stay but please feel free to include your request when booking. A limited number of apartments have 2 single beds (90cm x 200cm).
Where can I find the best rates?
We strive to offer the best rates on our website. Should this not be the case please contact us directly. The rates are per apartment, per night and exclude sales tax, $3USD per night tourist tax, and a one time final cleaning fee. Our rates are charged per apartment.
As a result, this doesn't affect the room rate. Please note the maximum capacity is two adults per apartment. All bookings are paid in advance.
Do you have a concierge service?
We are more than happy to assist you with information and reservations for activities, car rentals, restaurants etc. Please feel free to chat via the app, email or call us with your questions/requests. Or reach out to us after arriving so that we can help to make your trip unforgettable.
Is there free Wi-Fi internet access on the property?
FREE High-Speed WIFI is available throughout the property to our guests. The password is available upon arrival.
Do the apartments have hot water?
Yes, all apartments have cold and hot water in the kitchen and bathroom.
Is parking free?
Private gated parking is available on the property free of charge to all guests. Please note that users of the car park do so at their own risk. Aruba Boutique Apartments does not accept any responsibility for any damage, accident or lost/stolen/damaged items.
How many guests are allowed in an apartment?
- All apartments sleep a maximum of 2 guests.
- Rates are based on double occupancy for all apartments.
- Aruba Boutique Apartments is an adults only (+18) property.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Are non-guests allowed to visit and swim in the pool at Aruba Boutique Apartments?
Access to the property is limited to guests only. This In order to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay. Please note that this also means that the use of the pool is also restricted to guests.
What is the smoking policy?
In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, there is a strict non- smoking policy in the apartments. Feel free to smoke in the designated areas on the private patio/terrace outside of each apartment. Evidence that smoking has taken place in an apartment will result in a $250 cleaning fee charge.
Would you recommend travel insurance?
Yes, we highly recommend that all guests investigate buying travel insurance in order to protect yourself from unforeseen travel misfortunes which may lead to last-minute cancellations, no-shows, etc. Please keep in mind that Aruba Boutique Apartments has a strict policy concerning last-minute cancellations. We appreciate your understanding on this matter as we are a small privately owned business.

What happens if something gets damaged in the apartment during my stay?
Just like you, we like things looking good. Therefore we will charge your credit or debit card for any damage done to your apartment during your stay or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Is it safe to drink the water on Aruba?
Yes! There is no need to buy bottled water in Aruba. Aruba's tap water is pure and refreshing, meeting the highest standards of quality of the World Health Organization. Since Aruba does not have any significant natural sources of fresh water, the water is distilled in a saltwater desalination plant.
What's the best way to get to Aruba Boutique Apartments from the airport?

From what time can I check-in?
From 3 PM on the day of arrival. When apartments are available, we will be happy to register you earlier.
At what time do I need to check-out?
By 10 AM, please note that late check-outs are subject to availability. Please reach out to us beforehand so that we can check availability. Should a late check-out not be feasible it´s possible to store your luggage in a designated area until your departure. Please remember to make arrangements beforehand.
Past 10 AM: Extend to 1 pm departure as a courtesy based on availability.
Past 1 PM: $50 for late checkouts until 4 PM. Note, late departures are subject to availability.
Past 4 PM: at a cost of a full night stay, with departure the following morning at 10 AM
Do I need to rent a car?
Renting a car is highly recommended as it will give you the freedom to explore the island discovering all of the beautiful beaches and the hidden gems which you might otherwise miss. Feel free to reach out to us so that we can assist you in organizing the rental car.
Why do I need to provide my flight number & arrival time?
Your flight number is required in order to monitor the arrival time of the flight. Should your flight be early or delayed we can then better plan for your check-in. Important note: Aruba Boutique Apartments does not have a reception.
