In these extraordinary times, Aruba Boutique Apartments is actively monitoring COVID-19 and taking steps to ensure our guest's health and safety. The local and international COVID-19 protocols are being monitored closely, implemented, and will be adjusted accordingly. 

Aruba Boutique Apartments is fully prepared, with new and extensive hygiene measures,  online check-in/check-out, and our exclusive virtual concierge app. Everything’s the same yet somewhat different.

 

Our friendly cancelation policy has been made more flexible by allowing you to cancel up to 24 hours before the day of arrival*. Alternatively, the dates can be changed with no penalty.

ARUBA'S HEALTH &
HAPPINESS CODE

The Aruba Tourism Authority in collaboration with the Department of Public Health launched the “Aruba Health & Happiness Code”, a stringent cleaning and hygiene certification program that will be mandatory for all tourism-related businesses throughout the island. Aruba Boutique Apartments is happy to announce that we have received the certification by introducing even more extensive hygiene measures. In addition, cleaning protocols, signage, and hand sanitation have been implemented throughout the property. We will continue to introduce measures at all possible levels in order to ensure the safety and health of our guests.

 

COVID-19 VACCINATION PROGRAM

The vaccination program on Aruba is in full swing. The amount of Pfiezer vaccines delivered has recently been increased in order speed up the vaccination process. The goal is to vaccinate 75% of the local population. We are happy to announce that the hotel staff are vaccinated. We look forward to welcoming you to One Happy Vaccinated Island in the near future.

HEALTH & SAFETY MEASURES

Strict cleanliness and hygiene standards have always been a part of our daily routine since long before the COVID-19virus/Coronavirus outbreak.  The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. Additional measures have been put into place:

Limited access to the property and social distancing
Access to the property is strictly limited to guests and employees. All apartments have a private terrace with an entrance limiting contact with other guests. Pool furniture is spread out around the pool with a minimum of 6 feet/ 1.5 meters distance. We kindly request guests to refrain from moving the pool furniture in order to respect social distancing.  Limitations to capacity in the pool may apply. 

Hand hygiene
Hand sanitizer will be available by the entrances in the communal areas throughout the property. Hand soap is available in both the kitchen and bathroom of each apartment.

Cleaning

  • Before every check-in, all apartments are deep cleaned followed by extra disinfection. The cleaning staff will wear COVID-19 approved protective gear while cleaning. Cleaning cloths are disposed of and/or changed after each apartment.

  • Housekeeping will be planned when guests are not in the apartment.

  • Services will be modified and can be adjusted to the guest's preference.

  • Additional disinfection measures are implemented for virus control and disinfection by using an electrostatic sprayer with hospital-grade disinfectant.  

 

Face Masks

All guests are tested before traveling or upon arriving at Aruba. For this reason, guests are not required to wear gloves or masks. Our cleaning staff will wear PPE gear when entering guest rooms.  

Signage

Signage is displayed throughout the property as a gentle reminder to all guests and staff to social distance, wash hands frequently, and get tested should you feel unwell.

IMPROVED TECHNOLOGY FOR VIRUS CONTROL USING AN ELECTROSTATIC SPRAYER

Additional measures have been taken in order to take our standard of cleaning to the next level. After the deep clean of each apartment, a professional electrostatic sprayer with a hospital-grade disinfectant is used to disinfect the entire apartment. The electrostatic sprayer is an extra step to clean and disinfect the apartments and communal areas against viruses, allergens, and other air and surface contaminants.

  • The 8 apartments are scattered throughout the large property of 24,000 sqft/2,200 sqm. Giving everyone their own space and privacy. There something for everyone as there is a variety of apartments to choose from, private bungalows, one-bedroom apartments, and the penthouse.

  • The apartments are surrounded by the lush garden all with a private entrance, terrace, and seating area outdoors. 

  • All self-catered apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette.

  • The gazebo and palapa area near the pool has sunbeds and chairs arranged in sets of 2, all with 6ft/1.5m distance.

  • Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property and in all apartments.

  • Additional COVID-19 cleaning measures and products have been implemented.   

  • Signage is available throughout the property as a gentle reminder for all parties.

  • Individual airconditioning units in each apartment disinfected before each check-in.

  • Gated property and parking, access limited to guests and staff.

  • We like to keep it simple, both check-in and check-out will be managed online.

  • A virtual concierge app is exclusive and tailored to our guests. Explore Aruba like a local!

STREAMLINED GUEST SERVICES

With our guest's safety in mind, the check-in and check-out processes have been streamlined in order to minimize contact and get your vacation started as quickly as possible so that you can start to relax and enjoy.

Online Checkin

CHECK-IN

After your booking is confirmed, you will recieve an email wherein we request your flight number and estimated arrival time at the apartments. This so that we can  agree on the check-in time. It is very important that this information is provided in advance of your arrival to Aruba. This as we do not have a reception. 

A staff member will meet you at the agreed time at the apartments for the check-in.
